1842 bis 1863
Establishment of the first brickworks in Ergoldsbach – subsequently called Plant II. Owner: various private individuals, the last of which was Rudolf Selmer, Ergoldsbach.

Conversion of the private brickworks to the public "Aktien-Ziegelei Ergoldsbach" and construction of a larger plant – called Plant I.
1896/97
Aktien-Ziegelei experienced payment difficulties and was auctioned off in 1897. The highest bidder was banker Max Weinschenk, Regensburg, who obtained the plant; company name changed to "Falzziegel- und Dachplattenfabrik Ergoldsbach Max Weinschenk vorm. Aktienziegelei".

Through the articles of association of 1 Jan. 1904, the company was renamed "Dachziegelwerke Ergoldsbach AG" and a public limited company was formed.
1913
The plant in Kareth of the "Vereinigte Neue Münchener Aktien-Ziegelei und Dachziegelwerke A. Zinstag, AG" was purchased.
1915
A major fire in the Neufahrn plant destroyed two circular kilns, which, however, were rebuilt.
1917/1920
A major fire completely destroyed the Kareth plant; the property was sold to the Landessiedlung company in Munich in 1920.

The Ergoldsbach Plant II was sold to the community, which had it torn down. Today, the area serves as festival grounds.

Sale of the closed Ortler-Werke to the City of Straubing.
1962
14 May 1962: major fire in the Neufahrn plant; reconstruction of the Neufahrn plant.
1968
Ergoldsbach plant was closed; roof tile production was transferred to Neufahrn.

The "Dachziegelwerke Ergoldsbach AG" purchased the shares of the firm "Vereinigte Speyerer Ziegelwerke AG".

Construction of a mantle block production line for chimneys in Ergoldsbach.

Fusion and renaming of the "Dachziegelwerke Ergoldsbach AG" to "ERLUS Baustoffwerke AG, Sitz Neufahrn", with its registered office in Neufahrn.
