Through the articles of association of 1 Jan. 1904, the company was renamed "Dachziegelwerke Ergoldsbach AG" and a public limited company was formed.
1913
The plant in Kareth of the "Vereinigte Neue Münchener Aktien-Ziegelei und Dachziegelwerke A. Zinstag, AG" was purchased.
1915
A major fire in the Neufahrn plant destroyed two circular kilns, which, however, were rebuilt.
1917/1920
A major fire completely destroyed the Kareth plant; the property was sold to the Landessiedlung company in Munich in 1920.

1936
The Ergoldsbach Plant II was sold to the community, which had it torn down. Today, the area serves as festival grounds.
1955
Sale of the closed Ortler-Werke to the City of Straubing.
1962
14 May 1962: major fire in the Neufahrn plant; reconstruction of the Neufahrn plant.
1968
Ergoldsbach plant was closed; roof tile production was transferred to Neufahrn.
1968/69
The "Dachziegelwerke Ergoldsbach AG" purchased the shares of the firm "Vereinigte Speyerer Ziegelwerke AG".
1969
Construction of a mantle block production line for chimneys in Ergoldsbach.
1970
Fusion and renaming of the "Dachziegelwerke Ergoldsbach AG" to "ERLUS Baustoffwerke AG, Sitz Neufahrn", with its registered office in Neufahrn.

Expansion of the Speyer plant. Construction of a production line for prefabricated brick houses in Ergoldsbach.

Expansion of the Herrenteich plant. Cessation of prefabricated brick house production in Ergoldsbach.

New construction of the roof tile Plant II, Line 3 in Neufahrn.

New construction of a fire clay crusher facility in Neufahrn. Construction of a production line for single-storey chimneys in the Ergoldsbach plant.

Expansion of the accessory tile Plant I drying station in Neufahrn with an addition of a special accessory kiln. New construction of the roof tile Plant III, Line 6 in Neufahrn. Leasing of the Speyer plant to the Wienerberger company and thus the relinquishment of the Wall Materials business division
1997
New construction of the accessory tile facility Plant I, Line 1 A in Neufahrn.
1999
Installation of an external presentation area for roof tiles and chimneys in front of the Neufahrn main office.

Modification and modernisation of Plant 2, Line 3 in Neufahrn.

Acquisition of the Bernhard brickworks in Teistungen with extensive clay sources. Sale and production facilities in the Herrenteich plant.
2002
Automation of the single-storey chimney production facilities in Ergoldsbach.

New construction of the engobe treatment facility in Neufahrn.
2004
Market launch of ERLUS LOTUS®, the first self-cleaning clay roof tile in the world.
